US Coast and Geodetic Survey Dishes

Vintage, rare, and hard to find. Probably from the Captain’s or Officer’s mess hall. This set is a 9” plate and bowl in great condition. Made in Beaver Falls, PA. US Coast and Geodetic Survey is now part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) as 2 separate entities. Originally established in 1807 by President Thomas Jefferson as the “Survey of the Coast”. I have matching pieces in my closet but can not bundle due to weight.
