U.S. Navy Male Service Dress Blue Coat features a double-breasted design in Navy blue 55/45 polywool gabardine. It has three outside pockets (a single breast pocket on the wearer’s left and two hip pockets), three 35-ligne Navy eagle gilt buttons on each front panel of the coat. It is worn by Officers and Chief Petty Officers with the Service Dress Blue Uniform and the Full Dress Blue Uniform worn at various military or governmental ceremonies, functions, and visits.
