US Navy Formal Coat Lieutenant Dinner Dress Size 40 Davis Clothing Double Breast

This is a US Navy double breasted coat for what appears to be a lieutenant. It's made of 55% polyester & 45% wool. The buttons are very nice. The garment was made by Davis Clothing Co. There are some snags/small holes near the left cuff, pointed out in the photos.
