danabrothers @heidiharding01 Hello, the coat is in very good condition, no spots, burns, tears or threadbare spots. The lining is still intact, with no rips, in good condition. There is 1 missing button on bottom right. you could possible replace with one of the buttons under the collar if you don't intend to button at the neck. I've added a picture of the coat fully buttoned up. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for the inquiry.

danabrothers @heidiharding01 Sleeve length from shoulder to wrist is 25 1/2 inches. From armpit to wrist is 18 1/2. Thanks.

danabrothers @heidiharding01 There is one missing button on the bottom right. I've added an extra picture of the coat fully buttoned so you can see the missing button. There are 2 buttons under the collar, maybe one could be moved down. Thanks.
