MADE N USA! VERY GOOD Pre-owned cond, no torn stitching, seams or panels. Not worn frequently, was a “touristy” purchase over 10 yrs ago. It does have some minor pilling & fuzzies but nothing really obtrusive. Rich Navy Blue color, mid weight fabric, poly/cotton blend. Dbl. layer hoodie w/ drawstring & full pouch on front.
