USA PLEATED SKIRT

Awesome looking skirt with pleats going around whole skirt, elastic waist band, 4 1/2" smooth material from bottom of waist band then pleats starts down to end of skirt, permanent pleats. Elegant shiny designs all around skirt. 100% polyester. Looks new to me, but stored in closet in a box.
