henryetta @stylenotfashion hi Ann - I received your dress (the unopened package that is) today with an "Unclaimed" stamp on it by UPS. I have NOT opened it - and wanted to reach out assuming you want it?

stylenotfashion @henryetta hi, this is rather puzzling. The tracking stated the package was delivered to front door/porch - so I assumed it was stolen. Also why would UPS return it since the tracking number was a USPS tracking? I'd suggest you contact poshmark for advice on what to do with the dress as they are the one who bore the loss for the transaction. At least you know I never had possession of the package.

henryetta @stylenotfashion this is puzzling. I mailed three (!) posh packages that day, UPS definitely sent (and delivered!) all three - I was rather shocked when I got this package sent back to me - unopened, with the "unclaimed" label smacked right on top of the original UPS one. Obviously I'm an honest posher and always want to do what's right - haven't even opened the package afraid to "ruin the evidence" :)

stylenotfashion @henryetta ok, I under the impression posh used USPS exclusively as their shipper as I've sold about 20 items and always get a USPS label. Same for all the items I've bought on Poshmark. So I'm frankly just puzzled. Bottom line, something clearly went wrong with the delivery for the tracking to say Delivered to porch/front door but then you had the item returned unopened as "unclaimed." This one is a mystery to me. Regardless, thank you for contacting me but Poshmark refunded my money.

henryetta @stylenotfashion oh I meant USPS :) sorry not UPS - just realized my typo. Yup definitely something went wrong. I guess that's why we pay posh 20% to take care of these things for us. Will wait to hear I guess - not opening the package

stylenotfashion @henryetta ohhhh. Ok, UPS was a typo! 😂😂😂 I was really puzzled here. Ok. No worries. I never doubted you mailed the item. I really just thought The deliveryman just tossed in the lobby and a neighbor took it. Something went wrong on the delivery end for sure. Well at least we know that now. The post man messed up! Lol!
