The United States Postal Service, Carrier Pup Dog Costume Officially Licensed pet Costume. The US Mail Carrier Pup dog costume is a combined shirt and pants piece with attached stuffed arms. It comes with a cap with USPS logo and a box sheet. The box has already been cut out and folded from the sheet. This box attaches to the "hands" with hook and loop dots via velcro, but I recommend stapling it on so it holds up while your pup runs.
