Purchased this year (details & dimensions in pics) but I need queen size due to my low bed height :(. Slate grey, tan, & lighter grey with white stripes. Pale blue finish on the underside. Is this a quilt or a blanket? Is it lightweight? Does it come with any pillow shams?

@tinajo23 hi, yes it is considered a quilt, but breathable since even the filling is cotton. It is not the set with shams, just the quilt.
