The same thing happened with me. I ordered size 8 and the boots size is too large for my daughter and the owner did not accept the return . I wanted to pay for shipping as well.

@adinagilie sorry for you as well. I actually have another in size six but I thought maybe I should go up a size so that’s why I ordered the seven. But I was wrong. I guess I really wear a six.
