@cherylmac01 there are no insoles inside its sherpa fur lined. You can always add an insole though

It is an insole, I guess it just isn't removeable.
I have the same ones (cargo Uggs) with the slightly different side pocket.
They also have the shearling bottom, but also not removeable.
i was hoping these did have the ones that come out, like other Uggs.

@gaga716 I just added the last photo. There are couple of dots almost invisible to the naked eye. Probably an be cleaned with the ugg spray. You can’t even notice it unless your very close
