Uguest red black floral dress faux wrap front XL stretch waist belted

This is a beautiful dress. The under arm two under arm is approximately 21 inches and the length is 39 inches. The shoulder to shoulder is about 17 inches. The waist is 15 inches across the front but stretches to 21 inches. It’s really a gorgeous piece and lightweight. It’s polyester and spandex but feels like rayon.
