Celeste open-back ruffled silk-crepe halterneck maxi dress. With its vibrant 'Sunsprite' hue and lightweight feel, Ulla Johnson's 'Celeste' dress is perfect for warm weather events. It's made from silk-crepe and has ruffled trims and adjustable ties at the open back. Has a small black spot on the hem, see pictures. I have not tried getting it out.
