Ulla Johnson Devera Boots Size 9 (runs small)

Never worn stunning Ulla Johnson Devera Boots Size 39 US 9 with original box and duster bag. Only worn in my home to try on with potential outfits but ended up never wearing these to a museum show as Covid canceled those plans. I am a true size 9 and these seemed a little small. I probably should of half sized up. So if you have a narrow foot these may fit a narrow 9 or someone who prefers 9 if you wear a size 8.5.
