Is this dry clean only? Can you list the bust & waist measurements? Are there any issues w/this opening up, revealing your chest?

Hi! I think this is likely dry clean only—it's a very light silk. Measurements are about 20" ptp and 21" across the bottom of the blouse, though the gathering means there's a little more room. It's meant to fit loosely. The keyhole at the neck is about 5" long. I sometimes wore the button closed, sometimes open, but depends on your preference. With the button closed it's a high crew neck.
