missjaimerez @treasures2luv I deleted the photo but it was the hanger. One of the slimline nonslip hangers. I’m 100% sure on that. Yes the waist has stretch - I already confirmed that. The fabric is ruched at the waist and designed to stretch.

missjaimerez @treasures2luv I was able to stretch it to 19 inches at the waist lying flat and pulling it. I want to answer all of your questions so you’re happy if you decide to purchase but this is the best I can do for now! Perhaps try on an ulla dress in this size at a local shop to see if it’ll work for you!?

treasures2luv @missjaimerez great suggestion but there’s no time for that. This will work best on someone who doesn’t need to use the stretch; bust and waist; 38” 24”. Good luck
