@mseeber2 I think it is true to size, but depends on your upper waist - I was able to squeeze myself into 00 as well (I’m usually 0). But wearing 0 in another color and it is the best summer dress I have: great fabric with a luxury feel, length, gorgeous print, and sensual cut-outs.

@katweldon no, there is no elastic. But it sits a bit higher than the waist (which is really flattering and comfortable). I can measure it if you need to.
I have the same dress in a different color, and I am sometimes size 0 or 2, and this dress always fits.
