Ulla Johnson Theo dress, blue white ikat plaid with tie skirt

Stylish Henley button wrap around mini dress in bright blue and white cotton plaid by Ulla Johnson features a lightweight cotton ikat plaid fabric, henley style button up neckline and short cuffed sleeves, plus a rear wrap skirt with a tie in the front. The skirt is labeled a size 0, however I am a true dress size 4 and it fits me. I would say it fits like a proper dress size 2.
