Ulla Johnson striped peplum top

A beautiful top! One of my faves with stripes and billowing balloon style long sleeves. Has elastic in the bottom of the sleeves with a ruffle cuff. Has a ruffle along the neckline and down the front of the blouse. Has 3 adjustable ties, one at the collar, one at the bust, and another at the waistline creating a peplum look and allowing a more personalized fit. A lighter weight cotton making the fabric a little more breezy. Great condition! Kalila top.
