Ulla Popken Size 16 18 Tunic Top Blouse Floral Print Popover Ruffle Short Sleeve

This listing is for a beautiful size 16/18 popover blouse from Ulla Popken. The blouse is tunic length and style and is done in white with a lovely floral print in blues and orange. The top has a rounded V-neck collar. The sleeves are about half length or short sleeves and have ruffled trim on the edges for a pretty accent. There is a thin elastic band around the bottom of the top. It is not a tight elastic but has some give to it. This top is in very good pre-owned condition with gentle wear and the measurements are: Bust is approximately 24"/48" Length is approximately 30 1/2" I can't find a fabric content on the tag but to me this seems like it may be rayon or viscose.
