Ultra Dress Navy Starry Sky Silver Rainbow Iridescent 20W Vintage Dress This is a very pretty Vintage Mini style stretch Ultra Dress. It's a pretty Navy Blue with sparkles all over that change color with movement. This has mini shoulder pads and hanging strings still inside. Original tags say "Ultra Dress New York " and the fabric tag says 94% Acetate, 6% Lycra. Dry Clean. Made in USA. I see no stains, holes or damage. Neckline is a little stretched on hanger but worn, would lay better on body. Has been dry cleaned. No lining so may need to wear with a slip or slip dress beneath. would be beautiful with an extender. Measurements are flat. Arm pit to Arm pit: 19 1/2 Inches Shoulder to Hem: 40 Inches Sleeve Length: 9 1/2 Inches Sleeve Width at Hem: 7 3/4 Inches Hem Width: 38 Inches Please see all the photos for effects.
