Ultra cute plaid mini vest with dragon patch

This is the cutest little vest with a magical dragon patch detail. I suppose it could fit a little kid but I am a grown lady and it fits snug on me (34D). A bit too snug, actually that’s why I am selling - I would say it fits closer to a small. It’s somewhere I between cottage core and school uniform nostalgia- a really special vest.
