New with tags in orig. packaging. Nice heavy windbreaker. Shell ext. is 100% nylon with 100% polyester mesh upper body lining, 100% nylon lower body & sleeve linings. Tan with blue arm accent panels, collar, & piping. Water resistant with roll-away collar-concealed hood with elasticized drawstring, elasticized cuffs with adjustable Velcro tabs, elasticized bottom hem, inner lining pocket & ext. upper left arm pocket with Velcro flap & grommeted vent holes. Ventilated front & back yoke.
