Umbrella "1986 Great Pacific NW PowWow"

Large, 49" diameter, blue & white nylon umbrella with scalloped wooden handle and blue sleeve cover. From the 1986 Great Pacific Northwest PowWow! In excellent condition! Silver point at the top, blue tips on the outer ends of prongs, manual operation. The black body of the handle has a shiny, textured pattern that looks stacked or wrapped.
