Umgee Black Mini Dress with Floral Mesh Detailing

This dress is a lovely flattering black, with subtle ruffles at the bottom, flutter sleeves, a floral mesh neckline and accenting on the sleeves, a lining underneath, and a keyhole opening on the back. It's made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester. It measures 30 1/2" in length and 19" across the bust. Excellent pre-loved condition, with no faults or signs of wear!
