Umgee Boho Tunic / Dress Small

Umgee boho purple paisley off-the-shoulder top / mini dress with bell sleeves, size small. I bought this second-hand but it doesn't appear to have ever been worn. No rips, holes, or stains. I just don't like the way it fits me. Smoke-free, cat-friendly home.
