Gorgeous high-waisted pleated skirt. Wide black and cream stripes. Exposed back zipper. The top layer of black is a see-through mesh with lining from the pleat line to halfway through the bottom cream strip. This does have more of a stiff feel, but that allows it to hang beautifully!
