Umgee Pink/ Navy Plaid Fringe Hem Button Down Tunic, Size M

Umgee is the brand. NWOT, never worn! I purchased it at a cowboy boot place, and sadly, never wore. I've lost weight now and will never be able to wear this gem with some killer tall boots. Oversized with very flattering drape. Size is Medium, but it measures 23" across armpit to armpit, to give you an idea of it. Navy and pink plaid tunic with fringe at hemline. Quality details such as covered buttons on the cuffs, a checkered lining different from the plaid pattern on the outside, the "covered" placard hiding the buttons going down the front. I posted some similar tops from Umgee, but this one is pink and navy, not black and red, and not royal blue and red. Those others don't button all the way down, or have the buttons covered. But they all have the same fringe, length, and cool drape from this brand.
