Umgee Pink and Blue Embroidered Short Sleeve Top

Pink with blue embroidery Ruffle collar Tassel neck Flounce sleeves NWT from Emerson Charles Pit to pit approximately 21 1/2” Length approximately 25” I noticed a small embroidery flaw at the bottom of the top when I took the pic.
