So soft. This is one of the most comfortable sweaters. It’s so cute with the fringe on the bottom and looks great with jeans or leggings. Measurements were taken with garment laid flat: underarm to underarm 28”; shoulder to hem/fringe 24”; sleeve 6 1/2”. Please feel free to ask any questions you have.
