Umgee floral print blouse

Hi! New! Chest measures 22” flat at the underarm/its supposed to fit loose Length 25” from back of neck down. Sleeve are 8 inches long and are more fitted so you definitely have to be a size small to wear this blouse despite the wide chest measurements. Most all of my items are buy one get one free of same or less value. Thanks for looking!
