jeanbbb @jean_moody Hi. laying it down flat and measuring from arm pit to arm pit its 23 1/2 inches. This one runs true to size. Its rayon, hand wash cold. I'm not a professional seamstress, but.. this appears to be a fussy cut and is seen on the bias which makes the upper part stretchy. so it has a little leeway.
