Umgee tie die maxi dress size L with wide band elastic waist

This skirt is light weight and flowy. The bottom of the skirt is amazingly stretchy. There is a large comfortable waistband of elastic that makes it forgiving. The waist is 33 without stretching anything… the length is around 42 long
