dark royal blue background color. has a rounded neckline with a button at the neckline. there is also a keyhole opening at rhe neckline. there are no sleeves. the material gathers in the front and flares out from the neckline. the material is soft to the touch. has large flor design od roses. the surprises are the hummingbirds and birds mixed in. the waist measurement is the dress laying flat. with the extra material in the gathering so there is some wiggle room. this would be on the shorter side of a mid length dress. so could come to the top of the knees depending on height. I only found one issue. the sewing long the hemline is secure however I noticed that the material is coming away from the sewing in place. there is a pic. it isn't hugely noticeable but after a few washes I would watch to make sure everything is okay with the hemline found no other issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. rack c, section b
