Umgee women’s striped wrap dress

NWOT... I bought this dress new with tags I took the tags off thought I would wear the dress but it has never been worn...The size says small but I feel like it could fit a medium to large woman as well because it’s a wrap dress so I would say it runs a little bit big. it would fit a size medium perfectly:) excellent condition.
