stellarxgrl @janeroser I know! I bought 2 things today and just checked my receipts... looks like they charge tax on shipping plus the item bc I paid way more tax than in person. 😡

itscrystallee Clothing is tax free in Massachusetts (where I'm from). I haven't noticed being taxed, but now I'll have to check. That would make me so angry!

rican0902 @viksgrl are you still being charged tax? I've never been charged tax once on a purchase, but it might depend on the person's state in whether they get taxed or not.

rican0902 @viksgrl I just read the whole why being charged sales tax FAQ. They charge sales tax for 41 out of the 50 states. I guess I got lucky. I live in FL and that is one of the 9 states they don't charge sales tax for on Poshmark but the tax here in general is 8.5%.
