Unbranded Cross Wrap Puff Sleeve Stretch Mini Dress - white

This dress has been worn once. Beautiful feel and quality. Stretch material so it’s body hugging. Very beautiful alone or belted(as pictured/not included). Size - XL - I don’t feel it is a true XL, but I could be wrong so here’s some extra info: Mannequin is a size small and it fits, I wear a medium and it fits, and it STRETCHES! so it will fit a large as well.
