Unbranded Knee length dress

I purchased this dress back in the 90's in a small boutique in Hawai'i. I do not remember the brand, but what I do remember is the label is sizing, unfortunately I don't remember what the symbols mean, but I would safely say this would fit someone that wears a standard 4, maybe a 6 as it is made of stretchy jersey like material.
