Not sure of size or fabric/ care, as there is no tag Came in plastic packaging, looks new Black, very stretchy knit Neck band is 30" long, adjusts to fit Fastened using a Black Rose Pin Has a fabric band on each side that knit pattern is different than the ribbed knit on front and back, giving it that extra style Pit to pit, 11" across without stretch Approx. 17" with stretch Shoulder to hem, 20" My guess would be a size Small to Medium.
