Uncle Frank dress - playful, colorful and flattering

Unique flattering dress. Size small. I customized it a bit and added bra pad inserts in between the fabric at the bust. It would be easy to remove the pads for washing or if you don’t want them. Hangs above the knee. 94% polyester and 6% spandex.
