Uncut ruby sterling silver bracelet

I bought this bracelet several years ago from Ross-Simmons. It’s adjustable. I have average sized wrists, and it fits me on the smallest setting. May be ideal for a larger person. I believe the ruby is real albeit uncut, but I cannot swear to it.
