lil_dawn_co Hi nurse_lisa!...I don't know how to send you a mssg. so I thought I would do it here...I am incredibly sorry what happened to the shoes that you bought from me...I also had bought the shoes brand new for my son and they were too small...I understand that you left 1 star for my review...I hope that you will contact customer support and see what they can do...Hopefully you will reconsider the 1 star since the problem that you had with the shoes was out of my control...I'm so sorry.

nurse_lisa @lil_dawn_co I emailed them a picture of the shoe. They issued a refund and said there was no need to return the shoe. Perhaps this also took away the rating as it shows on my end it has been cancelled and I cannot see the rating anymore.
