danielyse30 @ljgrentz honestly, great for most lifting, training or gym machines - but I wouldn’t say it’s the best option for high intensity if you are on the larger side of the “Large” size (that’s me). I wouldn’t pick it for something like SoulCycle or cardio kickboxing!
