The CPSIA requires all importers and domestic manufacturers of apparel, hardgoods and other applicable non-wearable consumer products to issue a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) for adult products or a Children's Product Certificates (CPC) for every lot manufactured on or after November 12, 2008.
