jamiedeejones09 @paymybills I’m at my post & am having to pay an additional $6.90 for under paid shipping. You mailed in a large flat rate cost for that is $18.80 & you paid $11.90. So I need to know how you want to handle this. I do have a receipt from them too. ☹️

paymybills @jamiedeejones09 that's messed up-they shouldn't have mailed it then without letting me know, they just accepted it without saying anything... I didn't pay anything actually, I guess the $11 is standard what poshmark pays for the label.

jamiedeejones09 @paymybills I agree. I actually run a western boutique in southwest Kansas & ship 5 days a week & print my own labels. They should’ve told you but who knows. We can definitely work it out. Just message me when you are out of class. 🙂

paymybills @jamiedeejones09 I'm out of class and have 10 minutes before my next class though-so I thought and I'm sorry about your having to pay the extra, I would have taken care of it had I known when I dropped off the package. I'm glad you were able to save well over $200 with your purchase... that being so, being that the package required a larger box, I'm sure you will understand covering the cost is less than typical for online shopping-as a fellow merchant I'm sure you understand.

Unless you want something else from my closet of equal value or another discount but that still would mean shipping cost again (the standard one) so I don't think that's what you want to do 😬

jamiedeejones09 @paymybills you might contact poshmark to see if there is a way to refund me the $6.90 or what they can do. I can also ask them, to me it seems like they should be responsible not me. Especially since it’s a bundle & it’s offered to have combined shipping. To me not you’re fault either.

jamiedeejones09 @paymybills I just wanted to let you know that Poshmark took care of the extra charges, it was because it was shipped in a large flat rate box( $18.80) instead of a plain box that only goes by weight.
