veseladimitrov @christie218 there is a picture of the sizing chart from the vendor but I always recoding to go one size up from your t-shirt size if your not used to waist trainers but if you are familiar with how it work go with your original size.

I have a long torso and luv that this one is longer than most. So...I have a 30inch waist and I want the garment to get me down to at least 27. Do you think I should get a med or large?
