Does this actually fit like a preemie size or is it more newborn… everything we have posh peanut runs so big but I really need actual preemie size!

@sterbrueggen preemie fit my 6lb 6oz baby that dropped to 5lb 6oz. She was considered preemie bc she was 3 weeks early.
