Unicorn flower fancy dress. Girl's Dress Up Play Costume Dress

This dress looks like someone wanted to dress it up with Bunny accessories and attempted to glue on the appliqués. The netting is really pretty and it has fully lined skirt. The buttons are missing on the back neck. I think dress could really be adorable for those that can sew and revamp! It has been washed.
