Uniform pleated skirt

size 4 but my daughter (thin build) got this when she was a size 6. nice thick material with built in shorts with inside waist elastic and buttons to adjust waist size. if u purchase another kids item I will add this for free. just in too good of shape to toss out. would like to gift to someone who needs or wants it :)
