Union Ladies Wear Mod Retro feather print a line mini dress, size med

This fun feather print dress features a bold orange, pink and red pattern, long sleeves, and a pointed collar. No pockets, not much for stretch. I cannot confirm that this is vintage, but I believe it is late 60s or 70s. The brand tag has the look and feel of the tags of the era, with embroidered lettering. There is single stitching throughout, with looped clear stitching inside the cuffs (That is the style of hemming my favorite deweese dresses have). The zipper feels correct from my other dresses of the era, and it has a mesh liner as I've not really seen. There is no care label, just the brand label and size. Alternatively, it could be made to look vintage. I could not find the brand online.
